It can complete clinical mass spectrometry pre-processing procedures such as sample and internal control addition, standard curve preparation, sample protein precipitation, and solid-phase extraction based on sample loading from blood collection tubes.

The Metabolomics Mass Spectrpometry Sample Preparation Mate is suitable for use in clinical laboratories of hospitals at all levels, third-party laboratories, and disease control centers. The primary testing items include neonatal genetic screening as well as monitoring vitamin D, endocrine hormones, liver and gallbladder diseases, and therapeutic drugs, providing clinical evidence for diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis assessment for scientists and clinicians.

The Proteomics Mass Spectrometry Sample Preparation Mate is equipped with single-channel and 8-channel pipettes, a magnetic adsorption module, a heater-shaker module, and a positive pressure column module. With the aid of a plate transfer robotic arm, it uses magnetic beads to complete steps such as the non-covalent binding and enrichment of low-abundance proteins from biological samples, protein denaturation, reduction and alkylation, protein digestion, protein purification, and post-purification sample desalting via positive pressure. This allows for the automation and standardization of protein sample preparation for mass spectrometry.

With stack staging functionality, the equipment can extend throughput. It can achieve continuous high-throughput sampling and long-term, care-free operation while processing 96 well-plate samples in a single run, thereby enhancing work efficiency.
